We have a "soft spot" for knitters and crocheters!
We have just introduced a whole basketful of exciting new fashion yarns. Take a look at three of our favorites for texture and color—that just happen to be incredibly soft. . . |
Bliss™
Some of us like to shop for yarn for yarn with our eyes closed, looking for the softest yarn in the store. If that's how you shop, look no further. Bliss just might be the softest yarn you've ever felt! A great next-to-the-skin choice for shawls, scarves, sweaters and throws, Bliss is quick to knit or crochet and the results are, well, "blissful"!

Glimmer™
We always seem to be drawn to glittery, sparkly yarn. But they usually aren't very soft. Until now. Glimmer is a super-soft chenille that has a brilliant Melton® fiber built right into the chenille. The result is subtle sparkle that you can wear all year long to add a little "bling"—and softness—to your wardrobe.

Feathers™
Imagine a handful of downy soft feathers, and you might just picture this beautiful new yarn. Feathers captures the subtle blend of colors and angora-like softness of baby bird feathers with its two strands of yarn twisted together. One, an ultra-soft chenille, the other a whisper of ultra-soft eyelash yarn. Together, they create lovely garments and throws. |

| Did you know . . . that fashion yarns can be knitted using various size needles or hooks depending on the type of project you're making? If you're making a purse, you will want a denser fabric; if you're making a shawl or scarf, you'll want a more open, drapey fabric. Try using Bliss, Glimmer or Feathers using a #11 or #13 needle and a yarn-over stitch (for knitting) or a K or N hook and a net-type stitch (for crocheting) to get a great summer look using the new Caron fashion yarns. The stitches—and resulting fabric—will be as individual as you are! |
