The other day I posted on Facebook about my dismay over accidentally leaving my never-leave-without-'em Tulip Hooks in Denver at a video shoot. I got several comments back, most of which were from sympathetic crocheters who too, share my love for the set. There were a few however, who weren't familiar with Tulip Hooks and asked, "What's so great about them?" Currently, you can read a lovely write-up about the hooks in the Spring/Summer issue of Knit Simple. In the meantime though, I thought I'd lay out a list of the top five reasons why I may be Tulip's #1 fan!

1. The comfort grip handle allows me to crochet longer, without getting "the claw hand".

2. The rounded tip of the hook helps prevent the splitting of yarn plies.

3. The hook's polished aluminum means each stitch glides off and without causing any pesky, paint chipping!

4. Each hook is supremely durable.

5. The Tulip set includes everything I need in a crochet-pinch, and comes in a cute case.

Hope you're as hooked on Tulip as I am!
