INSTRUCTIONS

LOOM
Print loom template (see downloadable version here) and glue to piece of cardboard. Cut out carefully.

FLOWER
Using A, tape yarn to back of loom leaving a yarn tail approximately
6" [15 cm] long. Bring yarn around to front at starting point of loom.
Wrap yarn around 1st peg as per diagram.
Bring yarn across front of loom, wrapping yarn around 2nd peg as per
diagram.
Bring yarn across front of loom, wrapping yarn around 3rd peg as per
diagram.
Bring yarn across front of loom, wrapping yarn around 4th peg as per
diagram.
Continue wrapping yarn around loom, following numerical order on loom.
Rep steps until each peg has 4 wraps of yarn around it.
Cut yarn, leaving approximately 6" [15 cm] long tail. Bring to back of
loom. Do not remove Flower from loom.

FLOWER CENTER
Cut length of B approximately 15" [38 cm] long and thread onto needle.
Tape end to back of loom.
Working from back of loom, bring yarn to front of loom at point A.
Working across front of loom, bring yarn to back of loom at point B.
Working across back of loom, bring yarn to front of loom at point C.
Working across front of loom, bring yarn to back of loom at point D.
Continue stitching Flower Center in same manner as per diagram.

FINISHING
Remove Flower from loom.
Fasten yarn ends securely at back of Flower.
Using template (see downloadable version), cut one leaf from felt. Glue to one end of
pipe cleaner.
Glue opposite end of pipe cleaner to back of Flower. Cut small square
of felt approximately 1" [2.5 cm] and glue over back of Flower to help
secure pipe cleaner.
Bend pipe cleaner approximately in half to create stem and leaf as
shown in picture.
