FINISHING
Shape hearts nicely and press with warm steam iron, placing a cloth between iron and heart. Press fringe lightly, so that it lies flat and make sure loops are not twisted. Arrange hearts as shown in assembly diagrams. With coordinating yarn, sew hearts to scarf, as follows: Work through all thicknesses at center of hearts. Tie knot on back of scarf, bring yarn through center of heart to front. Thread yarn through button and back down through center of heart and through scarf. Knot securely. Using yarn needle, weave in ends. Place a small amount of fabric glue on backs of hearts at tops and tips, press down firmly and allow piece to dry completely.
