NOTES

1) Starting chain for colors (on charts) for each panel is made by reading from left to right across Row 1 of charts. Then when Row 1 is worked, from right to left, you will be working on the  right side of the panel. The next row will be Row 2. Do this on all the panels at the beginning.

2) Read through all the instructions before starting.

3) To change color work last stitch of old color to last yarn over, yarn over with new color and pull through all loops on hook to complete stitch.

HELPFUL

1) Place stitch markers at the top of each panel to mark the top and right side. This will help in lining up the panels to be sewn together.

2) Embroider each panel when it is completed, do not sew panels together before embroidering.

EMBROIDERY

Embroider panels as desired. Embroider, using any design you wish, along lines where colors change. Embroider flowers and other embellishments in the center of some blocks of color.

Arrange panels in numerical order, with right sides facing up and markers at top of panels, and long edges together. Sew panels together using overlap stitch and colors that match colors of blocks. Add more embroidery along joining seams, if desired.
