Caron International's Simply Soft Light (100% Acrylic; 3oz/85g, 334yds/306m):

#0005 Key Lime: 2 balls

One size US G-6 (4mm), or size to obtain gauge

SPECIAL STITCHES

dc2tog: Double crochet 2 together—[Yarn over, insert hook in next st and draw up a loop, yarn over and draw through 2 loops on hook] twice, yarn over and draw through all 3 loops on hook.

 

SCARF

Ch 56.

Row 1 (RS): Dc in 4th ch from hook, dc in next 3 ch, [dc2tog] 3 times, dc in next 3 ch, *3 dc in next ch, dc in next 3 ch, [dc2tog] 3 times, dc in next 3 ch; repeat from * across to last ch, 2 dc in last ch, turn—4 'waves'.

Row 2: Ch 3, 2 dc in first dc, ch 2, sk next 3 dc, sc in next dc, ch 4, sk next 3 dc2tog, sc in next dc, ch 2, sk next 3 dc, *5 dc in next dc, ch 2, sk next 3 dc, sc in next dc, ch 4, sk next 3 dc2tog, sc in next dc, ch 2, sk next 3 dc; repeat from * across, 3 dc in top of beginning ch, turn.
